It is community-maintained packaging and does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by the upstream authors. It references GitHub Spec Kit at immutable upstream commit `96c9bd657bfd5de0d651a6165084932b7304ac99`; upstream bytes are fetched directly from the original repository, are authored by GitHub, Inc., and remain governed by the upstream MIT license.
